How do you ship the order?
For domestic shipments in Lithuania we use DPDgroup. For all other countries we use Lithuanian post. For some European countries we offer an express shipping via DPDgroup. Please, read here if your country is in the express shipping list.
Where is my order shipping from?
Our warehouse is located in Lithuania. All orders are dispatched from Lithuania.
How many days does it take to deliver the order?
For each country there is a different delivery time. Estimate delivery times you can find here.
I want to get my order faster than via Lithuanian post. Is it possible?
For some European countries we offer an express shipping via DPDgroup. You can check here if an express shipping is offered to your country.
If your your country is not mentioned in express shipping list, but you would like to get it faster, please, contact us and we will calculate the shipping price for you individually. We will suggest you a few options and you will be able to choose that option which is most meet your needs.
How can I track my order?
After dispatching the order you will get an email with a tracking number. If your order was shipped using DPDgroup, you can track it here. If your order was shipped using Lithuanian post, you can track it here.
What if my item arrived damaged?
As we are a small brand it is very important for us personally check items twice and make sure if items are in flawless conditions before dispatching it. However, if the item was damaged during the delivery, please contact us, and send us a few photos that we could evaluate the damage caused. We will provide comprehensive assistance to solve the inconvenient situation.
How can I return my order?
If you are not happy with your order, after receiving the shipment, you have 14 days to make a return or exchange.


Please note, we do not cover shipping cost for returned items.


Firstly, please contact us with your order number and indicate the reason why you want to return the order. If your return is accepted, you can send it via local post or courier service to our address:

After receiving your return we must make sure if the returned item is in the same, flawless conditions. You will receive money back in the same way you used for the purchasing the order. Please be patient, it may take up to 10 days for making a refund.

I placed an order but I want to change the size of the item, can I do that?
Please, contact us and tell us what’s wrong and why you want to change it. If the order have not been shipped yet, we will check our stock and change the size. If the order have been already send, unfortunately we can not change it. Once the shipment will reach you, you can return the item. Check our return policy.
I received the order but I want to exchange the size of the item or to get another item, how can I do that?
If you received the order and not happy with the size or an item, please, contact us and tell us that you want to exchange the size or item. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping cost for exchanged items. The easiest way to exchange, is to place the new order, and to make a return for the previous order. How you can return the order, please go to our return policy.
What if the item is out of stock?
Please, contact us and specify the item which you would like to purchase. We will check our stock, and if the item is available we will make and order for you. If the item is not available, we will indicate the term when it will be in stock again.
How do I find a right size for MIUSSI swimwear or activewear?
The easiest way to find the right size is to check our size chart. If you have doubts about choosing the right size, contact us and we will assist you.
How do I need to care sustainable swimsuit?
Do not worry, it is not difficult to look after our sustainable swimsuit.


All care is based by three steps.


1. It is important to eliminate salt, chlorine, sand or suncream of the swimwear which could damage the fabric over the time. In this step you need to rinse it in the cold water.


2. Small amount of the gentle detergent comes up in the second step. Rinse the swimwear again in a cold water.


3. Gentle squeeze the swimsuit and dry it outside. Do not leave it in the direct sunlight, the shade is perfect for dry your swimwear.
